Spend the day in Fort Collins
Fort Collins High School (FCHS), established in 1899, has graduated more than 30,000 students in the past 126 years. Academic excellence has been the mainstay of this school with deep community roots and rich traditions since its inception a century ago on the second floor of the old Franklin Elementary School. FCHS is proud to be the only school with the Lambkins mascot in the country! Although the sheep raising industry in Fort Collins is no longer prevalent, this humble mascot translates into fiercely competitive co-curricular and athletic programs.
FCHS has partnered with industry to promote Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways and the exploding industry of unmanned aviation (drones). We are proud to host this annual event which promotes cooperation among industrial, academic, and governmental agencies. The day showcases the best of student work, ingenuity and tenacity, industry opportunities and community engagement, and inspiration.
We cap off the day by honoring this year's graduating seniors of Poudre School District who have committed to serving in the armed forces.
Please, join us! Come network, explore, and be inspired by seeing how Fort Collins is the hub of the drone industry and is leading the way in empowering students toward meaningful careers.
